She sent an email on May 17 telling us she's interested in buying the ring.
We told her that it takes bout 2-3 weeks is the waiting time. Asked her to reply if she's interested.
She said she's interested. Asked her fill up the form.
'Do you accept TMC's Terms and Cond? Yes' that's what she included in order form.
Just 4 days later, she said she wants a refund cause the response for preorder isnt good.

So this was the convo:

Me: hi im sorry but orders are not allowed to be cancelled. even if a refund, i cant do a full refund. im sorry

Xiaohui:
but you are doing a order or whatsoever.why hold on to my money? [Im not holding on to your money. absolutely not. but its our T&Cs that we will nt refund unless its oos]

Me: because im in the midst of ordering your ring now. im getting instocks for siler colour star ring myself. [I PAID MONEY TO REACH CAP SO U CAN GET YOUR RING FASTER EVEN THOUGH PREORDER WAS ONLY OPENED FOR 5 DAYS]

Xiaohui: ok then when can i get my ring?

Me: pls do not rush us, as stated in T&Cs. it'd arrive 2-3 wks after supplier has received it. btw the supplier told me to wait. so pls do not be impatient, sorry ad thanks.

Me: please do not worry. suppliers have received MY ORDERS. but you're being very impatient. you have broken our rules and you will be blacklisted. will refund u. order is cancelled. thanks.

Me: under such circumstances, we do not entertain refunds at all. because you said you're willing to wait for 2-3 weeks. it's only been 5 days and i'm using my own money to order as well, so as to let you receive it asap. you have already broken our rules, you'll be blacklisted. we have other blogs as well, and your name will be up there if you continue to do so. pls do not do it again, and we understand how you feel, but pls do understand this is online shopping. things are cheap because you have to wait as well.
we will only do a refund for your ring and not for postage fee. this is the most we can go. otherwise, you choose to stay in this preorder and wait for our supplier to give a reply.
